Various rule amendments may be needed to meet the requirements of state and federal laws, address variance issues/ technology-forcing limits, or to seek additional reductions to meet the SIP short-term measure commitment. The Clean Communities Plan (CCP) which was formerly the Air Toxics Control Plan (ATCP) is being updated to include new measures to address toxic emissions in the basin. The CCP will include a variety of measures that will reduce exposure to air toxics from stationary, mobile, and area sources. Rule amendments may include updates to provide consistency with CARB Statewide Air Toxic Control Measures. |
