In the absence of both the Chairman and Vice Chairman, Supervisor Antonovich, senior member on the Board, presided as Chair for the special meeting.
Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 3:10 p.m. by Chairman Antonovich. Roll call was taken by the Clerk of the Boards.
Public Comment:
There
were no comments from members of the public present in the meeting room; and
there were no members of the public present at any of the teleconference
locations.
Closed Session:
Staff and members
of the public having left the meeting room, the Board recessed to closed
session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c) to confer with its
counsel to consider initiation of litigation (two cases).
Open Session:
The Board
reconvened in open session. District Counsel Barbara Baird announced
that a report of action taken in closed session would be on file in the
Clerk of the Boards office and available upon request.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned by Chairman Antonovich at 3:20 p.m.
