1124 Aerospace Assembly and Component Manufacturing Operations (MCS-01)
Rule 1124 is moved to November from September to allow staff additional time to conduct a thorough technology review.
1138 Charbroilers (BCM-05)
Rule 1138 is moved to December from September to allow additional time to analyze potential impacts and provide additional opportunities for public input.
1193 Clean On-Road Residential and Commercial Refuse Collection Vehicles
Because of the SCAQMD staff’s effort to secure federal stimulus – Department of Energy Grants, Rule 1193 is moved to September from July.

The Air Toxics Control Plan (ATCP) is being updated to include new measures to address toxic emissions in the basin. The revised ATCP will include a variety of measures that will reduce exposure to air toxics from stationary, mobile, and area sources.
Note: AQMD may add control measures necessary to satisfy federal requirements, to abate a substantial endangerment to public health or welfare, state regulatory requirements or SIP commitment.
