The Rule and Control Measure Forecast Report provides the Board with a monthly update of AQMD’s rulemaking and control measure implementation schedule. Scheduling changes that occurred since last month’s forecast are summarized.

| As a result of the rule development process progressing earlier than previously anticipated Proposed Rule 433 is moved forward to June from September. | |
| 1111 | NOx Emissions from Natural Gas-Fired Fan Type Central Furnaces (CMB-03) |
| Rule 1111 is moved to October from June. Staff is awaiting technical input from the manufacturer’s organization to better classify equipment categories for rule development and emissions formulation. Additional time is needed to incorporate the data to draft rule language for internal and Proposed Amended Rule 1111 Task Force review. | |

| Proposed Amended Rule 1470 and Proposed Rule 1471 are to address changes to the state Air Toxics Control Measures (ATCM) for agricultural diesel powered engines. These amendments are currently being implemented through the state ATCM and are being delayed to November from May to allow staff to work on higher priority projects. | |

| Proposed Rule 2511 is moved to September from May to allow more time for discussions and public input regarding project life and surplus issues. | |
