CALL TO ORDER
On September 12, 1997, the Board directed staff to organize an informational hearing on the LAXT project due to public interest. Representatives of LAXT and the Port of Los Angeles will review the project background, permitting history, and environmental impact of LAXT with the goal of providing the Board with a complete understanding of the project, its chronology, and existing public concerns about community air quality impacts from this project. This item was reviewed by the Stationary Source Committee on October 24, 1997, and recommended for approval.
